Position: Engaging, Nature-Loving Nanny Needed FT in Tiburon
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm (Flexibility is appreciated as schedules may evolve slightly over time)
Salary Amount or Range: $40-$45/hour D.O.E. + Standard benefits (paid vacation, sick days, holidays)
Children: 5-month-old baby
Pets: 1 x friendly yellow lab

First-time parents in Tiburon are seeking seeking a friendly, professional full-time nanny for a 5-month-old baby girl. Responsibilities include planning age-appropriate activities, engaging in play, preparing bottles and baby-friendly meals, child laundry, and light tidying. Both parents work but enjoy being hands-on and engaged in their daughter’s development. Their ideal candidate is nurturing, engaging, outdoorsy, and loving.

Experience Requirements

• 2 years minimum experience working as a nanny with excellent verifiable references

Educational Requirements

• Fluency in English

Qualifications

• CPR Certified
• TB and Tdap vaccine
• Valid driver with clean record
• Longevity with prior employers
• Open to occasional travel (nice to have)
• Comfortable with dogs
• Knowledgeable in childhood development
• Warm, nurturing, patient, and attentive
• Proactive and engaging; genuinely enjoys working with infants
• Shares family values (no screen time, active engagement, time outdoors)
• Excellent communication skills
• Can make at least a year commitent

Responsibilities

• All child-related care
• Engaging in age-appropriate activities (reading, play, tummy time, etc.)
• Planning outings (walks, parks, museums, aquarium, etc.)
• Supporting daily routine (feeding, naps, play)
• Light tidying (bottles, laundry, tidying play areas)
