Salary Amount or Range: $55-$60/hr DOE on payroll plus PTO, paid holidays/sick days, $300 per month health stipend and retirement savings

Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeper to join a busy household in Los Altos Hills. This role is responsible for maintaining a 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom residence to a high standard of cleanliness and organization. You will overlap with existing housekeepers to ensure the home has full coverage.

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience in a large private estate or a high-energy household with multiple children is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of appropriate cleaning products for high-end home finishes.

• A collaborative mindset and the ability to pick up where the other shift left off to ensure a seamless experience for the family.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage a 5-bed/4-bath floor plan efficiently

Educational Requirements

Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Daily Maintenance: Perform all standard housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing high-traffic areas.

• Laundry & Wardrobe Care: Manage the full laundry cycle for a family of six, including washing, drying, folding, and professional-grade steaming or pressing of garments.

• Bed & Bath: Regularly change bed linens and towels, ensuring all bedrooms and bathrooms are guest-ready and fully stocked.

• Kitchen Support: Assist with loading/unloading the dishwasher, hand-washing delicate items, and maintaining a tidy kitchen environment.

• Team Collaboration: Maintain clear communication with the other housekeepers to ensure consistency in home care. Provide occasional coverage for one another during vacations or illness when possible.
