Salary Amount or Range: $45-$55/hour D.O.E. + Standard benefits (paid vacation, sick days, holidays)
Children: 5-month-old baby

Description
A family in Berkeley is seeking an experienced nanny to care for their 5-month-old baby girl. The nanny will work both autonomously and alongside mom in caring for the child, so this person should be comfortable collaborating with parents. Responsibilities include all child-related care, light snack or meal prep, preparing breastmilk bottles, laundry, and light tidying and organization.
Their ideal candidate has a relaxed, easygoing personality while remaining professional and discrete. Someone flexible who can go with the flow, who is very knowledgeable in child development and milestones, and experienced with infants would be the best fit. The family travels frequently on the weekends and would love for this person to be willing to join them sometimes.
Experience Requirements
- 3 years minimum experience working as a private nanny with excellent verifiable references
Educational Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in Chinese or Spanish preferable but not required
Qualifications
- TB and Tdap current
- CPR Certified
- Valid driver with clean record
- Flexible
- Willingness to travel is strongly preferred
