Description

We are representing a wonderful bilingual family (English and Italian) relocating to Woodside from London. They have two children: a 3-year-old and a baby (currently 5 months, will be 8 months in July) and are seeking a live out nanny.

The family’s ideal candidate is someone energetic, resourceful, sociable, who communicates well and is committed to spend quality time with the children, listens to them and plans the day according to their unique needs and interests. The family is friendly and respectful of individual’s privacy and time. They want to hire someone they trust and love the nanny to be full charge.

• Additional hours in the morning or nights / weekends as needed and agreed upon in advance
• Flexibility to adjust schedule certain days if needed
• Mom and Dad work from home 3x per week in a separate office
• They have a friendly cat whose pretty self sufficient but will need to be occasionally fed

Experience Requirements

2 or more years of experience working in a private home with great references that a verifiable

Educational Requirements

Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Feed / Prep / give lunch to baby (formula fed, will be starting solids in may)
• Change diaper as needed / dress and undress baby
• Put him down for naps
• Take him out and engage with him in play / activities during waking hours
• Help him learn to eat, sleep, move independently
• Help him learn English
• Light housework such tidying up kitchen, play area and baby room and doing kids laundry
• Prep packed lunch for toddler
• Pick her up from school / engage with her in play if she’s not going to school
• Take her to playdates / extracurricular activities TBD (2x per week, swimming / ballet class) and bring back home
