Full-Time Housekeeper – High-End Private Residence
Our long term clients are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Full-Time Housekeeper to join a collaborative team of three in a high-end private residence. This is a long-term opportunity for a polished professional who takes pride in maintaining an immaculate home and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
The ideal candidate is discreet, organized, proactive, and experienced in caring for luxury homes, fine furnishings, and specialty surfaces. You will work closely with two other housekeepers to ensure the home is maintained to the highest standards.
This is an opportunity to join a well-managed household with a supportive team environment and long-term stability.
Experience Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a high-end private home with stellar references
Educational Requirements
Fluency in English
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of proper care for luxury surfaces and materials
- Professional demeanor with excellent discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Excellent references required
Responsibilities
- Daily, weekly, and deep cleaning of all living areas
- Expert care of fine materials (marble, hardwood, specialty fabrics, antiques, silver, etc.)
- Laundry and ironing, including delicate garments and linens
- Closet and wardrobe organization
- Making beds and changing luxury linens
- Inventory management and restocking household supplies
- Assisting with entertaining preparation and post-event cleanup
- Maintaining cleaning schedules and checklists
- Coordinating with household staff to ensure seamless operations
