Position: Busy San Francisco Exec Seeks Wed-Saturday Personal Assistant- MUST LIVE IN SF
Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday (must be flexible with schedule changes) 7:45am-5pm and on-call from 5-9pm
Salary Amount or Range: $150-$175k DOE, Full Medical, 401k, PTO, Paid Holidays and Sick days

Description

We are representing a busy executive in the San Francisco Pacific Heights neighborhood to find a 4 day per week P.A to join their team. The household highly values privacy and discretion and a team player who can support the principal, chief of staff and the executive assistant. Duties around the home and in support of the Principal and their family include but not limited to: inventory
maintenance, running errands, assisting with events, handling vehicle and clothing maintenance, coordinating travel and supplies needed for trips, conducting research for projects and items needed, preparation and maintenance of home(s), sourcing supplies etc.

The ideal candidate is someone who has worked in private service for a UHNW family. Someone who thinks outside the box and a great individual contributor. The team values a great communicator who can interface with independent contractor, vendors, and housekeepers throughout the day to keep them on top of their jobs.

Experience Requirements

2 or more years of experience working in a private home as a personal assistant with excellent verifiable references

Educational Requirements

Must have College Degree

Qualifications

  • Must live in San Francisco as position is on-call during working hours
  • Must be able to flex to working changing schedules with other assistant
  • Must have own car and drive and have clean driving record, comfortable navigating S.F (will reimburse for mileage)
  • Knowledgeable of San Francisco Geography
  • Covid Vaccinated
  • Tech savvy, able to navigate a multitude of apps
  • Must be able to use Google suite and calendaring
  • Must be proficient with Mac
  • Smart phone aficionado
  • Quick thinker, can do attitude
  • No ego
  • Fast responder on email, text, phone
