Description
Our client has recently purchased a new home in Atherton and would like to hire an intuitive Personal Assistant/House Manager to oversee the property and his daily life. You will oversee the daily operations of a primary estate in Atherton (featuring a pool and tennis court).
The ideal candidate can alternate between extreme autonomy and collaboration with his EA. Presents solutions rather than questions, and possesses the high emotional intelligence required to manage his personal calendar and vendor relationships seamlessly.

High proficiency in Google Workspace to track household inventory and logistics.

Flexibility: While the core hours are 9 am–5 pm (or 8:30 am–5 pm), you possess the professional flexibility to adjust for special events.
Responsibilities

Vendor Management: Source, vet, and oversee specialized crews for the pool, tennis court, and extensive landscaping.

Culinary Coordination: Hire and manage a Private Chef for weekly meal prep and high-end dinner party service.

Move Management: Lead the transition into the new residence, ensuring all systems (utilities, security, smart home) are fully operational.

Operational Manual: Create and maintain a household manual.
2. Lifestyle & Personal Support

Family Logistics: Cross check personal calendar with EA to ensure the Principal is home when kids are visiting from college

Procurement: Manage high-end gifting and personal shopping, specifically tracking and executing all birthday and holiday requirements without reminders.

Event Management: Occasionally shift hours to oversee dinner parties, ensuring seamless service and guest experiences.
3. Administrative & Financial Strategy

EA Collaboration: Partner with the Principal’s EA and Travel Agent. You will not book travel, but you will ensure the all logistics align with travel itineraries.

Expense Management: Track household budgets and process invoices for all domestic vendors.
