Schedule: 24/7 coverage 7 days on / 7 days off (candidate lives in during the “on week” and goes home on the “off week”)
Salary Amount or Range: $130,000 to $150,000 per year D.O.E. + full benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k)

Description
A family based in San Francisco is seeking a confident, enthusiastic ROTA nanny to join their team and help care for their young children.
The schedule is 24/7 care 7 days on/7 days off though flexibility is needed. This is an upbeat, educational, and fun home! A successful candidate enjoys partnering with parents but is also confident working independently. Someone with a preschool background or ECE experience who brings a joy of learning to the day and creates an engaging play environment for the kids would be a great fit. They would love to find someone who can complement this with creative activities, outdoor exploration, and genuine engagement. The best person for them has a great attitude, is playful, bright, and passionate about childcare and education.
Experience Requirements
- 2 years minimum experience working as a private nanny with excellent verifiable references
Educational Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Previous experience working in a preschool, daycare, or other professional ECE experience
Qualifications
- Current on TB, Tdap, Flu and MMR
- COVID-vaccinated and should be willing to update booster if requested
- CPR Certified
- Valid driver with clean record (family will provide household vehicle for work-related driving)
- Flexibility and willingness to travel a few times per year up to 1-2 weeks per trip (domestic / international)

Responsibilities
- 24/7 care for the children
- Put the absolute mental, emotional, and physical safety of the children first before all other responsibilities
- Prepare and feed all meals and snacks for the children
- Identify and engage in developmentally appropriate activities inside and outside of the house
- Dress and maintain children’s personal hygiene
- Ensure the children maintain healthy sleep habits
- Provide a nurturing and educational environment
- Maintain a safe and nourishing home environment
- Light housekeeping pertaining to the children (laundry, tidying nursery and play areas, cleaning kitchen after meals, etc.)
- Light tidying pertaining to the home
