Position: Dedicated, Warm, and Professional Part-Time Family Assistant / Nanny Needed in San Francisco
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1:30 or 2 PM – 7 PM guaranteed (with potential to work later on evenings and even weekends once established with the family).
Salary Amount or Range: $40-50 an hour (DOE) on payroll, plus 401k, paid sick days and holidays

A lovely, busy, and professional family in San Francisco is seeking a reliable and experienced part-time family assistant/nanny to join their team. Must have experience working in San Francisco.

• This position would work in partnership with the family’s two ROTA nannies / family Each ROTA works at minimum 7 AM – 7 PM Mon – Fri and on the weekends (7 days on / 7 days off and they rotate each week).
• The family has a 1 month old, a preschooler and an early elementary-aged child, and they seek a long-term nanny to join their team.

Ideal Candidate:

• As a member of a fully staffed household team, they will need to be adaptable, collaborative, and discreet.
• Dependability, punctuality, and flexibility are essential in this role, providing consistent and reliable care, and ability to adapt to schedule
• Seeking someone with high energy and a go
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach are must-haves.
• Someone who is tidy and organized by nature and who enjoys keeping the common areas neat and orderly.
• Must be either an excellent driver and/or have newborn experience. Position will require driving children in the family’s vehicles.

Duties:

• Full charge childcare (primary of 1 – 2 children at a time given dual coverage role).
• Assist with light household chores and various errands (note the family has FT housekeeper and chef).
• Child-related housekeeping: dishes, children’s laundry, meal preparation, cleaning/organizing bedrooms, play areas, and toys.
• Assist with the organization of the children’s rooms, closets, sports items and toys, and packing/unpacking for travel.
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities to promote

Requirements:

• At least 3 years professional childcare experience that occurred over the age of 18 (not for family or friends) with excellent references.
• Recent infant-care
• A four-year college degree or educational courses/training is strongly preferred
• Covid vaccinated, current on vaccines including the annual flu
• Can make at least a one year
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving
• Legal work authorization in the US.
• Fluency in English
