Description

A client in Woodside is seeking a professional Executive / Personal Assistant to handle scheduling for work and personal, travel arrangements, and other small projects. This person must be experienced in coordinating and decision making, as well as an excellent communicator (both verbal and written). Position is both remote and on-site. EA/PA must be comfortable with cats and available for cat sitting as needed.

Experience Requirements

• 5 years minimum experience working as an EA/PA for a private household with excellent verifiable references

Educational Requirements

• Fluency in English

• COVID-vaccinated
• Cat lover! Someone who has or has had cats
• Excellent written and verbal communicator
• Excellent organizational skills
• Experience with Gmail and Google Calendar
• Must exercise good judgment, confidentiality, tact and patience
• Excellent time management skills

Responsibilities

• Personal Scheduling
  o Haircuts, Doctor’s Appointments, Dry Cleaning
  o Garage door repairman, Electricians
• Work Scheduling
  o Meetings with lawyers, artists, all sorts (usually these are via Zoom)
  o Preparing the meeting room in the residence for visitors
• Travel
  o Researching and booking AirBNBs/hotels
  o Finding reliable transportation
  o Booking private airfare
• Small Projects
  o Coordinating, communicating, keeping things moving, looping in client for decisions
  o Interior design of office
  o Renovation of music studio
  o Custom orders for things like cars, guitars
  o Bidding at auctions
• Personal Relations
  o Birthday gifts, Christmas gifts for friends & family
• Pet Sitting
  o This person will need to feed and play with the cats if other sitters are busy
