Salary Amount or Range: $45hr + Health Stipend towards insurance + Standard benefits (paid vacation, sick days, holidays)

Description

First time parents in Tiburon are looking for their first nanny to partner in the growth and development of their child. They are seeking a kind, experienced and loving candidate with great references and relationships with prior families.
Responsibilities include all care associated with helping during newborn development and milestones ahead. Other child-related tasks will include light tidying, preparing/washing bottles, baby laundry, preparing baby-friendly solids when the time comes, etc. The best candidate for them is looking for longevity and is comfortable partnering with a stay-at-home parents.

Looking for a candidate to start November 1st but family isopen to earlier.

Experience Requirements

• 2 years minimum experience working as a nanny with excellent verifiable references

Educational Requirements

• Fluency in English

Qualifications

• COVID-vaccinated + boosted
• Flu shot annually
• TB and Tdap vaccine
• CPR Certified
• Valid driver with clean record
• Extensive infant care experience
• Comfortable partnering with stay-at-home parents
• Personable, warm, kind
• Proactive and detail oriented
• Looking for a candidate who wants longevity and to grow with their family

Responsibilities

• Providing attentive, engaging, and developmentally appropriate childcare
• Focus on early childhood development
• Can help new parents with milestones
• Preparing, washing, sanitizing bottles, prepare snacks and solids when the time comes
• Assisting with developmental transitions such as solids, schedule, etc.
• Light tidying (nursery, common/play areas, kitchen, infant laundry)
