A warm and welcoming family located in central Marin is seeking an experienced and reliable nanny to join their growing household. Their family includes two boys aged 3 and 5, with a baby on the way, due early August. They are looking for someone dependable with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for working with children. Candidates must be confident swimmers as the family has a pool they actively use in the summers. They also travel a few timesa year, so willingness and flexibility to join them is preferred (usually for a few days to a week max).

The schedule is part-time now until mid-June (25 hours per week) and then will move to full-time (35-40 hours per week). They will definitely need 40 hours/week when the baby arrives in August and flexibility to arrive earlier/stay later as needed.
