Description

A kind, caring family in Lafayette is seeking part-time care for their curious, lovable 7-month-old boy. They would like someone who is fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and has received the booster (or open to getting it). Their ideal candidate is mature, with years of experience working with newborns and infants, who is knowledgeable about child development and milestones. The nanny should prioritize baby’s interests and curiosities with lots of reading, singing, outdoor exploration, and age-appropriate play. Duties include all child-related care including bottle prep, preparing solids, baby’s laundry and general tidying.

The family has two older children (5 and 7 years old) but they are in school full-time and do not require care. Mom will care for them if they are home for school (for closures, illness, etc.).

Experience Requirements

• 5-10 years experience working with infants as a private nanny with verifiable references

Educational Requirements

• Fluency in English

Qualifications

• COVID vaccinated w/ booster (or open to receiving the booster)
• TB and Tdap vaccinated
• CPR Certified
• Long-term infant experience / career nanny
• Loving and nurturing
