Position: Experienced PT Nanny for Fast-Paced Household w/ Two Young Boys in Hillsborough – FILLED
Schedule: Tue, Wed and Thur 10:30-5:30pm (21 hours/week)
Salary Amount or Range: $37-$40/hour D.O.E. + 2 weeks paid vacation, 5 sick days, 5 paid holidays

Description
A fast-paced busy household in Hillsborough is seeking a seasoned part time nanny to care for their two young boys (2 and 4 years old). Both children are in school (currently their youngest gets out at 11 a.m. and their oldest at 2/3 p.m. with some days ending earlier). They have a nanny who helps with the mornings and getting the children off to school. Duties include picking up the kids from school, driving them to activities, meal prep and cooking kid-friendly meals, children’s laundry, running errands, and organization as well as ad hoc tasks.
Their ideal person is calm and on the quieter side, prioritizes their children’s care, and is an excellent communicator. The best person for them has experience working in fast-moving households and can easily adapt to last minute changes.
The family travels one week per month. They do not need to have the nanny join them, but do require this person to work at the house during their regularly scheduled hours while the family is away. Responsibilities during this time could include a variety of child-related projects and tasks (sorting and updating children’s clothing, organizing children’s toys or closets, cleaning out the car seats/strollers, etc.) as there is always work to be done!
Experience Requirements

2 years minimum experience working as a private nanny with excellent verifiable references
Educational Requirements

Fluency in English

Fluency in Spanish, French, Armenian, or Italian preferred

Responsibilities

Can use any of their vehicles (several available) all have car seats and live 5 mins from school
