Description

A family moving to Hillsborough in August is seeking a kind, loving, reliable nanny to care for their two girls, ages 16-months and 5 years old. This person will be responsible for driving them to and from school or activities, preparing the girls’ meals and snacks, children’s laundry and light tidying. Their eldest will be in Kindergarten half-days and their youngest will be in preschool 3-5 days a week for a few hours.

Their ideal person is a good communicator, trustworthy, and genuinely loves working with children. They are moving from another country and looking for someone who is confident and direct who will be understanding of cultural differences and help familiarize them with child-friendly activities available in the Bay Area!

Experience Requirements

• 2 years minimum experience working as a private nanny with excellent verifiable references

Educational Requirements

• Fluency in English

• COVID-vaccinated
• CPR Certified
• TB and Tdap vaccine
• Valid driver with clean record (family can provide vehicle for work-related driving)
• Must be fluent in English
• Good communicator
• Comfortable with direct and open dialogue with parents
• Kind
• Reliable
• Can make a long term commitment (at least a year)
• Flexible to help out occasionally on Saturdays
• Willingness to travel with the family 1-2 times a year for a weeklong trip
