Position: Full-Time Loving Nanny for Infant in SF Marina District
Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am-5pm
Salary Amount or Range: $40-42hr plus benefits (paid vacation, sick days, holidays + health stipend)

Description
Start date: early August
First time parents in the Marina district are seeking a loving, experienced full-time infant nanny for their 7 month old boy. Busy and active parents both work full-time, hybrid remote (one day from home).
Responsibilities include planning age-appropriate activities, engaging in play, preparing bottles and baby-friendly meals, child laundry, and light tidying (child related). A nanny who is familiar with San Francisco’s child care resources that would love getting their child out in play groups, swim lessons, music classes and story time.
The best candidate for this family is knowledgeable in child development, engaging, and enjoys participating in play and activities. The parents would love someone who can grow with the family. They are hoping to find an experienced nanny who can naturally read the cues and calmly assist with transitions for infants important milestones.
Experience Requirements
- 2 years minimum experience working as a private nanny with excellent verifiable references
Educational Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Another language is a plus
Qualifications
- COVID vaccinated + boosted
- TB and Tdap vaccine
- Infant experience
- CPR
- Valid driver with clean record
- Early Childcare Development a plus
- Long-term past experience
- Loving and nurturing, calm and thoughtful
- Engaging and creative, someone who will sing and dance with the baby
- Local candidate preferred in SF who know the parks and classes around the area
- Excellent communication skills
- Seeking a long term commitment / wants to grow with the family
Responsibilities
- Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities geared towards baby’s development
- Help with developmental transitions (introduce solids, getting on a schedule, etc.)
- Prepare bottles + solids for the baby when the time comes
- Light housekeeping pertaining to baby
- Child’s laundry
