Schedule: Monday-Friday No set schedule but usually 8am-6pm . Flexible to accommodate last minute changes in schedule
Salary Amount or Range: $45-$60/hr ($120K)+ DOE plus full medical and up to 2 months paid vacation

Description

Our wonderful new clients recently relocated from New York to Woodside with their two bright and athletic children ages 12 and 10 years old. They are seeking a full time family assistant to support their day to day lives and work in tandem with their long term nanny who will remain in New York but come out to California intermittently to help out.
The ideal candidate is someone who is pitch in, go with the flow and looking for longevity with a family.

Experience Requirements

2 or more years of experience working in a private home with verifiable references

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree a plus

Qualifications

• Upbeat personality
• Responsible and communicative
• Youthful energy, sporty (The children are into competitive horseback riding, gymnastics, Lacrosse, Hockey and Tennis)
• Flexible and accommodating with shifting schedules
• Ability to work as a team to read/coordinate family calendars and manage children’s activity and school schedule
• Able to coordinate own vacation with family’s vacation. (family travels up to 2 months a year)
• Able to work in a fully staffed home
• High discretion for privacy
• Must be fully vaccinated

Responsibilities

• Planning schedules, managing kids rooms, extracurricular activities
• Children transportation (household car provided)
• Overseeing homework
