Executive Housekeeper – Private Estate

About the Role:
A warm and welcoming young family in San Francisco’s Pacific Heights neighborhood is
seeking a refined, proactive Executive Housekeeper to support the care and maintenance of
their home. They are looking for someone experienced, reliable, and comfortable working as
part of a close-knit, collaborative household team.

Key Responsibilities
● Provide thorough, high-level cleaning well beyond surface tidying, ensuring every area of
the home is meticulously maintained
● Exhibit strong situational awareness, knowing when to step in and when to step out of
a space
● Care for household linens and surfaces with great attention to detail
● Proactively identify and address tasks that need attention, often before being asked
● Work collaboratively with a small team, pitching in on various tasks as needed,
regardless of specific job description
● Maintain a positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude at all times
● Care for the home using minimal chemical cleaning products, in line with household
preferences
● Be comfortable around a gentle dog and assist with pet-related tasks as needed
● Welcome clear, gentle communication and feedback to support a harmonious working
environment
Qualifications
● Significant experience as a housekeeper in a private estate or similar high-end
environment
● Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to household care
● Kind, warm, and personable with a strong sense of discretion
● Physically capable and energetic, able to handle the demands of a large home
● Team player who thrives in a small, close-knit staff environment
● Open to using eco-friendly cleaning products
