Job Summary:
We are looking for a Team Supervisor to lead the daily activities of the housekeeping team for an ultra-high net worth (UHNW) family. This position will be responsible for supervising the housekeeping operations across a number of properties, coordinating and delegating tasks to the housekeeping staff, inspecting the maintenance of the facilities within assigned areas, and ensuring that cleaning duties are done efficiently. This position will assist with scheduling and task management amongst the team and serve as overall quality control. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional service.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervisory Duties:
- Perform and help others perform daily tasks and processes with demonstrated consistent service, collaboration and integrity in interactions and decisions
- Ensure housekeeping duties are performed under quality standards; assign and track daily activities of the team
- Recommend improvements to systems and processes
- Interact with a wide range of team and cross function partners to track and report information related to projects and deadlines
- General Housekeeping:
- Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of the main residence and guest areas
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces
- Make beds, change linens, and perform laundry duties, including ironing
- Specialized Cleaning:
- Care for high-end surfaces, fixtures, and furnishings with appropriate cleaning products and techniques
- Polishing silver, brass, and other special materials as needed
- Organizational Tasks:
- Maintain household organization, including closets, pantries, and storage areas
- Keep inventory of cleaning supplies and household items, ensuring they are stocked and reordered as necessary
- Perform administrative tasks as needed
- Collaborative Duties:
- Gain trust of team members; model direct and kind interactions within team and cross functionally
- Work closely with the house manager and other staff to ensure the smooth operation of the household, communicating effectively to report any issues
- Provide occasional assistance with meal preparation and service during family gatherings or events
- Handle household errands and shopping as required
- Assist with special projects or events as directed by the house manager or family members
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a housekeeper lead in a private residence or luxury hotel
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness and organization
- Knowledge of proper care and maintenance for luxury homes, furnishings, and finishes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to track and follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Flexibility to adapt to the family’s schedule and needs
- Works with a high level of professionalism, trustworthiness and integrity
- Respects and values strict confidentiality
- Models a spirit of cooperation with team members, building a culture of collaboration and kindness
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suite (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, Calendar, Gmail); ability to maintain company equipment (iphone, watch)
- Valid Driver License with a good driving record
- Proficient in English
- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Reliable vehicle to get to and from work or other reliable transportation
