Description
We are representing a UHNW family with 3 residences across Woodside, Atherton and Los Altos Hills in seeking 3 dedicated and reliable housekeeper to join their existing team of 7, which includes a lead housekeeper. Duties will be to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming home environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a team and a keen eye for detail.
The residences are full staffed with 2 Estate Managers and 2 House Managers.
Woodside (Main principles live in Woodside) Core team works in Woodside
Atherton (younger couple, no children) Team of 2
Los Altos Hills (younger couple, no children) – Team of 2
Job Summary: The Housekeepers will be responsible for performing various cleaning tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the home. Responsibilities include general cleaning, laundry, and other household duties as needed.
Experience Requirements
2 more years of experience working in a private home with verifiable references
Educational Requirements
Fluency in English
Qualifications

Proven experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role

Fluent in English and able to communicate verbally and electronically

Must be a nonsmoker

Strong knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment

Ability to handle household tasks efficiently and with attention to detail

Good organizational and time-management skills

Reliable and trustworthy, with a professional attitude

Valid driver’s license and transportation

Responsibilities
- Cleaning & Maintenance:
-
Perform routine cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing

Clean and maintain bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms

Maintain Home’s exterior overall appearance as well as all outdoor furniture and protective covers

Organize and declutter spaces to ensure a tidy and functional home environment

- Laundry & Ironing:
- Wash, dry, fold, and iron clothing and linens
- Manage laundry schedules and ensure proper care of clothing and household textiles
- Assist with documenting outgoing and incoming Dry Cleaning
- Household Management:
- Assist with organizing and managing household supplies and equipment
- Help with communicating any inventory needs
