Schedule: Monday to Friday 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Salary Amount or Range: $40-$43/hour DOE + standard benefits (paid vacation, sick days, holidays)
Children: 4 year old + newborn (care is just for their toddler)
Pets: 1 cat and 1 dog

Description

A family near Forest Hill in San Francisco is seeking a positive, upbeat Family Assistant to help with childcare (4-year-old girl and newborn arrived early August) and household tasks. Care is primarily for their older daughter who is in preschool until about 3 p.m. or 5 p.m. and is enrolled in gymnastics and soccer. Responsibilities including picking her up from school, driving her to extra-curriculars or planning outings such as play dates and playgrounds, running errands for the household, family laundry, light tidying, meal prep and/or cooking simple meals for the family, and ideally walking their dog.

Experience Requirements

• 2 years minimum experience working as a Family Assistant with excellent verifiable references

Educational Requirements

• Fluency in English

• CPR Certified
• TB and Tdap vaccine
• Valid driver with clean record (family can provide household vehicle for work-related use)
