Position Overview

Our long term clients are seeking a highly professional, energetic, and meticulous Housekeeper to manage the daily care, organization, and laundry operations of a spectacular 12,000 square foot modern estate. The residence operates with a structured household systems and a collaborative team.

Because the estate utilizes an external, third-party deep cleaning crew for heavy maintenance, this role focuses heavily on maintaining organizational systems, laundry, wardrobe care, and resetting the home to a flawless aesthetic standard every day.

The estate is home to three young children (ages 5, almost 3, and a newborn), supported by a childcare team (1 Full-Time Live-In Family Assistant, a Part-Time Nanny, and a Newborn Care Specialist). While the nannies handle all child-related responsibilities, the ideal candidate must thrive in a bustling, high-energy environment and work seamlessly alongside other household staff.

Experience Requirements

2 or more years of experience working in a private home with great references. (client is willing to train someone who is eager to learn)

Qualifications

• Must be in excellent physical condition and possess high natural energy. The residence is four levels with no elevator.

• Minimum of 2+ years of continuous experience working as a full-time Housekeeper in ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) private estates or ultra-luxury hospitality environments.

• Polished presence with an acute understanding of private service boundaries, extreme discretion, and total confidentiality.

• Ability to work cohesively with a highly coordinated, multi-staff team (Family Assistant, Nannies, NCS, and external crews).

• Comfort adhering strictly to the principal’s pre-existing household protocols and digital/physical organization systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily laundry cycles utilizing dual-zone laundry facilities located on both the top and bottom floors of the estate.

• Demonstrate knowledge in handling luxury fabrics, designer garments, couture pieces, and fine linens (sorting, washing, steaming, ironing, and pressing)

• Carefully fold and organize linens and apparel into closets according to established aesthetic, spatial, and organizational systems.

• Manage dry-cleaning rotation, including preparing items for specialized care

• Maintain the estate’s daily presentation

• Execute daily morning room resets (bed making, refreshing fine linens, straightening high-traffic common areas).

• Maintain existing organizational systems for expansive walk-in closets, pantries, storage rooms, and common spaces.

• Collaborate with and monitor the third-party deep cleaning crew during their rotations to ensure seamless operational flow.

• Monitor household inventory (cleaning provisions, pantry staples, toiletries) and coordinate replenishment.

• Assist with preparation and logistics for private events, dinner parties, and seasonal gatherings hosted at the estate.

• Support the setup of formal or semi-formal table service, guest spaces, and post-event resets
