Position: Reliable and Proactive FT Nanny/Family Assistant Needed in Presidio Heights
Schedule: 40 hours guaranteed; Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00 am start for 4 or 5 hours + Tuesday and Thursday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Salary Amount or Range: $45-50/hour D.O.E. + guaranteed pay 52 weeks of the year, five paid sick days, two weeks paid vacation and six or seven paid holidays

Description

A family in Presidio Heights is seeking an organized, proactive Nanny/Family Assistant for their two boys, ages 6 and 7 years old. Duties include childcare, driving children, light housekeeping (family has cleaners for deep cleaning), organizing of all the children’s areas, children’s laundry and cooking for children, errands and grocery shopping, managing contractors for small home improvement jobs, ability to meal prep for adults a plus, not required. Travel with family once a year if preferred, otherwise can coordinate vacation with us when we are traveling.

Their ideal candidate has a minimum of three years full-time nanny experience caring for school children, is flexible and reliable (i.e. can stay with kids when they are sick and is willing to work more hours when one parent is traveling—the dates will be known in advance), is independent and feels comfortable running a house.

SCHEDULE:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00 am start for 4 or 5 hours
Tuesday and Thursday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. 40 hours minimum guarantee, can be less if preferred.
7 am start non-negotiable

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience working as a nanny with excellent verifiable references

Educational Requirements

• Fluency in English

Qualifications

• Candidate must have or be willing to obtain vaccinations including COVID, annual flu shots, Tdap and MMR
• Valid driver w/ clean record required; family can provide a car for use on the job. There is street parking available and is generally easy to find within a few blocks.
