Position: Reliable, Proactive Family Assistant Needed PT in Los Altos
Schedule: Monday to Friday 3-7PM (20 hours/week guaranteed) + occasional help on weekends/evenings
Salary Amount or Range: $45-$50/hour D.O.E. + Standard benefits (paid vacation, sick days, holidays)

Description
A family in Los Altos is seeking a responsible, reliable Family Assistant to help with light household tasks and afternoon care for their sweet, independent 11-year-old daughter. Responsibilities include driving their daughter to/from school and extra-curriculars, preparing simple dinners for the family, and light tidying.
Their ideal candidate has previous experience working in corporate, is proactive, organized, and transparent with excellent communication. Both parents are busy executives and are looking for someone who genuinely ejoys being part of their family’s daily rhythm.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience working as a private Family Assistant with excellent verifiable references
- Previous experience working in corporate environment strongly preferred
Educational Requirements
- Fluency in English
Qualifications
- COVID-vaccinated and boosted + willing to update the booster if requested
- TB and Tdap vaccinated
- CPR Certified
- Valid driver with clean record and reliable vehicle for work-related driving (family will reimburse for mileage)

Responsibilities
- Driving daughter from school to activities, sports, music lessons and home
- Overseeing homework / helping as needed
- Preparing simple dinner for the family
- Light household tasks including tidying common spaces and the kitchen
- Occasional errands as needed
