Salary Amount or Range: $130,000 to $150,000 per year D.O.E. + full benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k)

Description

A family in the Bay Area is seeking a ROTA nanny to care for their four school-age children. This is a busy staffed household so it’s important to find someone collaborative, positive, and proactive who will be a great team fit. Their ideal person loves to travel (usually domestic weeklong trips), is experienced with elementary-age to tweens, and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include all child-related care including driving to/from school and activities, planning age-appropriate activities, helping with children’s meals and laundry, and light tidying.

Experience Requirements

• 2 years minimum experience working as a private nanny with excellent verifiable references

Educational Requirements

• Fluency in English

Qualifications

• CPR

• Covid-vaccinated + at least one booster, TB and Tdap vaccine

• Valid driver with clean record (family can provide household car for work-related driving)

• Excellent work ethic

• Loving and patient

• Collaborative and gets along well in a team environment

• Upbeat

• Excellent communication skills

• Flexibility in scheduling and to travel

• Kind yet firm with boundaries

• Can make a long-term commitment, ideally for at least a few years
