Role Overview
Our clients are seeking a proactive, systems-oriented professional to maintain and manage their three-level primary residence (3,000 sq. ft.) and detached office/guest house (1,200 sq. ft.). This role will be to ensure the household environment remains pristine, organized, and stocked while providing seamless support to a busy family with young children (2 year old twins and 5 and 7 year old).
Key Responsibilities
1. Residence Maintenance & Organization (Approx. 25 Hours/Week)

Perform regular and rotating deep cleaning of both the primary home and guest house.

Manage all household laundry (using LG machines), including steaming, folding, and organization.

Maintain and evolve organizational systems (closets, pantry, toys, and storage).

Inventory management: Track household supplies and reorder to keep stocked

Execute a maintenance calendar (daily/weekly/monthly/annual tasks).
2. Cooking & Errands (Approx. 10 Hours/Week)

Meal Prep: Follow recipes to prep simple family meals, chop vegetables, and prepare “sheet pan” dinners for the family to finish in the oven.

Procurement: Grocery shopping and managing household returns.

Logistics: Driving for errands (vehicle provided).
3. Supplemental Childcare (Approx. 5 Hours/Week)

Provide back-up childcare a nanny is out sick

Coordinate effectively with the two full-time nannies (8:00 AM – 5:30 PM and 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM shifts).

Previous long-term experience in high-end private residences with great references
Educational Requirements
Fluency in English
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Ability to track tasks and inventory digitally
- Professional, autonomous, and comfortable working in a home where parents work from home offices
- Will provide permit for street parking or if you have a small car can park in garage
