Description

The household is seeking a candidate who works well with a team and has a strong work ethic. M-F, normal hours. Job duties will include all aspects of care for the estate, including keeping of the grounds, maintenance, upkeep of outdoor areas, light plumbing and HVAC work, and more. The ideal candidate will be seasoned in domestic staffing and will have worked in luxury homes and on large estates.

Experience Requirements

3 or more years of experience working in a private home with verifiable references

Educational Requirements

Fluency in English

Qualifications

• Experience working for high profile residences
• Able to diagnose basic electrical and plumbing issues
• Able to complete cleaning and repair tasks using hand and power tools as required
• Ability to work independently
• Fluent in English
• Able to follow detailed written instructions

Responsibilities

Duties will include:
• Power washing decks and driveways
• Cleaning outdoor furniture and fixtures
• Maintain and repair outdoor furniture, grills, and space heaters
• Move items into and out of storage as required by the principal
• Arrange furniture depending on the needs of the principals and their guests
• Basic electrical and plumbing maintenance
• Clean windows and skylights
• Detailing automobiles
• Manage vendors on the property, including gardeners, plumbers, and electricians
