Description
A busy, health-conscious family of five is seeking a talented and proactive Private Chef to oversee their weekly culinary needs. This role focuses on preparing nutrient-dense, flavorful meals that align with a Mediterranean, Asian-inspired, and Paleo-leaning philosophy, while remaining adaptable enough to keep three growing children happy and well-fed. The family is exceptionally flexible regarding the exact schedule and service style. This position can easily accommodate a chef who prefers drop-off meal delivery service, or on-site preparation or a mix of both, with casual, family-style presentation left for the family to enjoy at 6:00 PM.
Experience

Experience as a Private Chef or High-End Catering Chef within private residences with great references

Strong command of health-focused culinary trends, specifically Paleo, Mediterranean, Macro-focused, and Gluten-Free cooking.

Highly organized, reliable, and discreet. Excellent communication skills regarding menu planning and scheduling.

Must have reliable transportation for sourcing and/or drop-offs, and a clean driving record.
Educational Requirements

Responsibilities
- Design creative, rotating weekly menus tailored to the family’s dietary preferences. Manage all grocery shopping, sourcing high-quality proteins, organic produce, and specialty ingredients
- Maintain a beautifully organized, fully stocked refrigerator with healthy, accessible snacks and staples (e.g., hard-boiled eggs, prepped crudités, tuna salad, washed fruit, and clean protein options
- Maintain pristine cleanliness in the kitchen, food prep areas, and appliances if cooking on-site
- Strictly adhere to dietary boundaries, ensuring all meals are completely free of pork products and heavily focused on gluten-free, low-carb options for the adults.
