Position: Sweet San Francisco Family of 4 Seeks Full Time Nanny [FILLED]
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-6pm
Salary Amount or Range: $50-$55/hr on Payroll plus Full Healthcare, 2 weeks PTO, Paid holidays and sick days
Children: 5 month old boy and 2 year old girl
Pets: 2 dogs

Description
Sweet Pacific Heights family of four recently welcomed their newborn baby boy. They are looking for a new full time nanny to join their team to care for the baby and his 2 year old sister who will be starting preschool. The ideal nanny candidate will have infant/preschooler and sibling experience to be able to navigate caring for two younger children including transportation for pick up and drop offs. The family thrives on organization and proactiveness in addition to being creative and engaging with the children. Someone who speaks French is a plus.
The family also employs a full time housekeeper so a team player who works well with others is important to the role.
Experience Requirements
- 10 or more years of experience working in a private home with verifiable references
- Infant and preschooler experience
- Sibling experience
Educational Requirements
- College Degree with ECE background
- Bilingual in French a plus
Qualifications
- Experience with NDA and staffed homes
- Someone comfortable with several flights of stairs
- Team player
- Organized, proactive
- Punctual
- Able to travel for 2 weeks at a time
- Must be Covid vaccinated and boosted
Responsibilities
- Full charge care of infant and 2 year old
- Feeding, changing, engaging in play
- Arranging and facilitating activities indoors and out
- Driving children, household car provided
- Meal and snack prep for children
- Packing snacks and lunch
- Managing milestones and transitions (bottle to solids, diaper to potty training etc)
- Managing morning, nap and evening routines
Skills
- Creative and resourceful
- Able to come up with activities for the children
- Assist with sibling bonding and play
- Knowledgeable with all the different milestones
- Research new baby gear, trends, activities
- Confident San Francisco driver
