Description

Busy Woodside family of four (two adults, one college student, one 8 year old & 3 dogs) needs full time (30 hours), experienced housekeeper. This person will be responsible for deep cleaning and daily maintenance of the entire home. (Main house, pool house, cottage and office) The ideal candidate will be able to work collectively with existing staff to maintain high standards and overall efficiency while following cleaning schedule and ensuring the entire home is cleaned and organized in the most efficient way for the family. Additional responsibilities include household shopping, laundry and errands and may include occasional back-up childcare.

• Discreet, warm, positive, open & kind with outstanding communication skills
• High energy & confident, takes initiative and likes getting things done.
• Punctuality & good attendance record a must
• Service oriented & hardworking with strong organizational skills
• Pro-active with high cleaning standards and a keen eye for detail
• Experienced in care of high end fabrics, artwork and antiques
• The ability to look ahead, anticipate and multi-task as well as follow specific instructions while welcoming feedback
• Team player with strong time management and the ability to problem solve
• Good working knowledge of English and eligibility to work in the United States is required
• Non Smoker
• Valid drivers license with excellent driving record & car insurance
• Long term commitment preferred
• Excellent References

Educational Requirements

Fluency in English

Qualifications

3 or more years of experience working in a private home with verifiable references
