Ideal Candidate Profile
- Vibes: We’re looking for someone keen, high-energy, and a little nerdy, with an eagerness to learn and grow. You are dedicated to saving us time and money, resourcefulness and value are prioritized over lavish spending.
- Communication: Highly discreet, professional, and possess the ability to read the room. You must be an excellent gatekeeper who can filter requests and issues efficiently, protecting the principals from unnecessary interruptions.
- Tech Proficiency: Expert level with Google Sheets/Excel for budgeting, presenting options (e.g., vacation plans), and tracking information. Proficiency with Airtable or similar budget/project management software is highly desired, and an ability to quickly adopt new software and propose efficient solutions is a must.
- Attitude: You are a dedicated team player, willing to handle both complex projects and simple, day-to-day tasks with equal enthusiasm. You are comfortable with our current living arrangement (sharing a house with roommates who have small children) and can be helpful in coordinating basic household needs with them when asked.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Personal Assistan/House Manager for similarly busy professionals is required.

- Tech Savvy Support: Act as the first line of defense for all household and personal technology needs (e.g., troubleshooting slow internet, setting up equipment, projector debugging, etc.).
Household & Estate Management
- Rote & Routine Administration: Efficiently manage daily tasks such as checking mail, arranging for junk removal, running essential errands, and scheduling home maintenance.
